Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the services of Borealis Blades Lawn Care ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you ("Customer," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

Services Description

Borealis Blades provides professional lawn care services including but not limited to:

• Lawn mowing and trimming
• Edging and landscaping
• Fertilization and weed control
• Seasonal cleanup services
• Other lawn maintenance services as agreed upon

Services are provided in the Anchorage and Eagle River, Alaska areas.

Service Scheduling and Access

• Services are scheduled by mutual agreement between the Company and Customer
• Customer must provide safe and reasonable access to the property
• Customer is responsible for marking or identifying any underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or other hazards
• Company reserves the right to reschedule services due to weather conditions or equipment issues
• Customer should remove personal items, toys, and obstacles from the service area

Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements are made
• Accepted payment methods include cash, check, and electronic payments
• Late payments may incur additional fees as specified in the service agreement
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice
• Recurring service customers may establish payment schedules as agreed

Customer Responsibilities

The Customer agrees to:

• Provide accurate property information and any special instructions
• Ensure pet safety by securing animals during service visits
• Maintain clear access to service areas
• Communicate any property changes or concerns promptly
• Respect the Company's employees and equipment
• Provide timely payment for services rendered

Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Service cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance
• Same-day cancellations may incur a service fee
• Recurring service agreements may be cancelled with one week's notice
• Refunds for unsatisfactory work will be considered on a case-by-case basis
• Weather-related cancellations will be rescheduled at no additional cost

Liability and Insurance

• Company carries general liability insurance for lawn care operations
• Customer is responsible for identifying and marking any hazardous areas or underground utilities
• Company is not liable for pre-existing property damage or unhealthy plants
• Liability is limited to the cost of services provided
• Customer assumes responsibility for any damage caused by failure to disclose property hazards

Quality Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 48 hours, and we will work to resolve the issue. Our goal is complete customer satisfaction.

Weather Policy

• Services may be postponed due to inclement weather conditions
• Rain, snow, or unsafe conditions may result in service delays
• Wet grass may not be mowed for quality and safety reasons
• Rescheduled services will be completed as soon as weather permits

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be resolved through good faith discussion. If necessary, disputes will be handled in accordance with Alaska state law and in the courts of Alaska.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
